Is the ad budget included in the monthly fee?

No. The monthly fee is what you pay us — for strategy, creative, management, and everything we run on your behalf. The ad budget is what you pay Meta and Google directly. They never come through us. You always own and control your ad accounts.

What's the difference between the ₦500k tier and the ₦750k tier?

The ₦500k Growth Partnership is month-to-month — ongoing marketing support without a fixed commitment. The ₦750k 90-Day Sales Machine is a 90-day intensive: we install your complete sales infrastructure (website, funnels, realtor army, etc.) in three months. After that 90 days, most clients transition to a lower monthly retainer to maintain the system.

Think of it this way: Growth Partnership is for businesses that already have momentum and want a partner to run their marketing. 90-Day Sales Machine is for businesses that need the whole system built from scratch — fast.

Do you work with realtors and small developers — or only big ones?

We work with developers who can comfortably afford the monthly fee and the ad budget. That generally means you have at least 1–2 active projects and a realistic ability to fulfil 5–10 inspections per month. We've worked with mid-sized Lagos developers, Benin City builders, and large multi-project firms. We turn down clients we don't think we can deliver real results for.

How quickly will we see results?

Do I need to provide a Facebook page, website, or anything else?

Just three things: admin access to your Facebook page (or we create one from scratch), all your property details/photos/videos, and agreement on a domain name for your website. That's it. We handle everything else.
